User Account Agreement

1. Eligibility
To open a ForReal.dating account you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and verification.
3. Identity verification
You agree to complete identity verification when required, which may include a government-issued photo ID and a live video selfie. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended.
4. Terms of Service
The Terms of Service — including the radical transparency policy (Section 4) and the Member Conduct, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification provisions — are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and apply to you in full.
5. Reputation Management
The Reputation Management Agreement is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Members may leave feedback about other members, subject to each member's feedback rules and to the administrator's right to enable or disable the system and to remove feedback that is unlawful or abusive.
6. No agency
Using the Service does not create an agency, partnership, employment, or joint-venture relationship with DCRN Inc.
7. Termination
DCRN Inc. may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this Agreement, at its discretion.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Any dispute with the platform operator is to be resolved under the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any litigation is to occur in the jurisdiction of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
